  • Time-bound: You must set a period for achieving your goal. If you do not set a period, the diet may be prolonged.

I was able to successfully complete the diet by participating in the diet challenge with my friends, sharing diet information with each other, and becoming exercise partners. If I had been alone, I might have given up halfway, but thanks to my friends, I was able to finish it. 😊
