Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the terms and procedures for using the service provided by HistoryAndFood (hereinafter referred to as ‘History, Food and Culture’) and other necessary matters, including the rights, meaning and responsibilities of our company and users.

Article 2 Effect and change of terms and conditions

Chapter 2 Membership registration and service use

Article 3 Service Use and Restrictions

(1) In principle, service use is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special problem with the company's business or technology.
(2) The service usage time set forth in the preceding paragraph may be restricted after prior notice to members if necessary at the head office, such as regular system inspections.
(3) Among the service contents, online consultation may not be available 24 hours a day depending on the personal circumstances of the person in charge of responding.

Article 4 Service usage fees

(1) The service can be used free of charge by everyone who has registered as a member.
(2) If the head office charges a fee for the service, the timing, policy, and cost of the fee must be announced on the service before implementation of the fee.

Chapter 3 Service withdrawal, re-enrollment and use restrictions

Article 1 Service withdrawal

(1) If a member wishes to withdraw from the service, the member must directly request cancellation from the operator via e-mail.
(2) When applying for withdrawal, if you provide us with your identifiable name, resident registration number, ID, phone number, and reason for cancellation, we will check whether it matches your subscription record and cancel your subscription.
(3) Withdrawal is canceled if you cannot log in with your existing ID and password.

Article 2 Re-enrollment in service

(1) If a user who has withdrawn from the service pursuant to Article 1 wishes to re-enroll, the member may request re-enrollment directly from the operator via e-mail.
(2) When requesting re-enrollment, re-enrollment will be processed if you provide your identifiable name, resident registration number, ID, and phone number.
(3) If you log in with your existing ID and password, you have re-registered.

Article 3 Restrictions on service use

If a member engages in any of the following acts, our company may terminate the service agreement or suspend the use of the service for a set period of time without prior notice.

Chapter 5 Obligations

(1) Our company allows members to use the service unless there are special circumstances.
(2) Our company has an obligation to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
(3) The company must process opinions raised by members through appropriate procedures, and if processing takes a certain period of time, the member must be notified of the reason and processing schedule.

Article 2 Member information security obligations

(1) Members are responsible for all management of their ID and password.
(2) Members agree to receive service e-mails sent as part of the service.
(3) If the member's ID has been used illegally, the member must notify the head office of the fact.

(1) Except for those stipulated in these Terms of Use, disputes regarding all matters related to the use of the Service that arise will be resolved through mutual agreement as much as possible.
(2) If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the competent court.
